3 Packages of Procurement of 11 units of New RTG Crane,7 units of New CC and 2 units of New Grab Ship Unloader (21 Februari 2013)
 
PRE-QUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
NOMOR  : PM.02 / LG.0202 / P.III – 2013

1.    Head Office of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) invites the Contractors to following Open Tender with Pre-qualification for work package as follows :
NO.    WORKS
1.    Procurement of 11 (eleven) units of New RTG (Rubber Tyred Gantry) Crane for Port of Banjarmasin and TPKS unit.
2.    Procurement of 7 (seven) units of New CC (Container Crane) for Port of Banjarmasin, Port of Tanjung Perak and TPKS unit.
3.    Procurement of 2 (two) units of New Grab Ship Unloader  for Lamong Bay Multipurpose Terminal.
2.    Bidders Requirement :
-    The Bidder is a Crane Manufacturer who has the relevant permission documents/paper from their country or as the principal of mentioned crane;
-    The Bidder has experience during last seven years (within one contract) to carried out the procurement/construction:
1)    (for package 1) The procurement/construction of RTG Crane with the contract value at least equivalent  Rp. 40 billion or equivalent with 3 units of RTG Crane in one contract.
2)    (for package 2) The procurement/construction of CC with the contract value at least equivalent  Rp. 130 billion or equivalent with 2 units of CC in one contract.
3)    (for package 3) The procurement/construction of Grab Ship Unloader  with the contract value at least equivalent  Rp. 75 billion or equivalent with 1 unit of Grab Ship Unloader in one contract  and 1 unit of STS in one contract.
-    The Bidder has Supporting Letter from Financial Institution or Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between Crane Manufacturer and Financial Institution.
3.    Bidder Requirement when registration :
The registration must be done by Management/Board of Director who is stated in the related Article of Association or its representatives with a Power of Attorney from the mentioned Management/Board of Director, by showing the original document and submit its copy for documents as follows :
a.    Article of Association including its amendments; and
b.    NPWP and Surat Pengukuhan PKP (for the Indonesian Bidders only); and
c.    Trade of Register of Bidder’s company; and
d.    Experience evidence, i.e : copy of contract according to the requirements above with the related certificate of final handover attached; and
e.    Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between Crane Manufacturer and Financial Institution or Supporting Letter from Financial Institution for Crane Manufacturer.
4.    Registration and the pre-qualification document can be taken as below :
a.    Day    :    Monday up to Friday
b.    Date    :    February 25th, 2013 up to March 1st, 2013
c.    Hour    :    09:00  s/d  15:00 WIB (Local Time)
d.    Address    :    Head Office of PT Pelindo III (Persero)
            Jl. Perak Timur 610 Surabaya
5.    For bidders who do not fulfill the requirement mentioned above, it cannot follow this pre-qualification.
